This tumbler is not working right, it stops and starts and is inconsistent, wont buy another.

Only worked for a week. Died and won’t turn on. Didn’t even get to finish one batch of rocks.

Bought for Christmas, lasted 3.5months and is now dead. Save your money and get a better unit. Not happy….

Die Maschine lief mit einigen Steinen und step 1 gut aber schon mit step2 hielt sie immer wieder nach einiger Zeit von selber an. Jetzt bei step3 läuft sie nur noch wenn ich die Trommel mit der Hand anschiebe. Am liebsten sollte ich alles zurück geben.

I am still trying to resolve my complaints with the company, and despite sending videos and lengthy explanations, they are just stalling the refund. I am an experienced tumbler, so I knew what I was doing. After a nine day cycle, I turned the unit off at the wall and after that, the electrics were gone. I had read some bad reviews but for the price thought I’d give it a go and if it lasted a year, so be it - but, less than two weeks is a joke. Save your money and buy a good quality unit l like I should have done.

The product was never delivered, despite being marked as “delivered” in the system. There was no effective delivery attempt: no SMS, no email, no notification, and no second attempt. This was not an isolated issue, as a previous order had already experienced serious delivery problems in the Cacia (Aveiro, Portugal) area. Vevor customer support was professional and responsive, and the situation was eventually resolved with a refund after a prolonged delay. However, it is not acceptable that a product cannot be reliably delivered due to issues with the local distribution partner. Being asked to review a product that was never received also indicates a lack of coordination in the system. The product itself seemed very interesting and was the main reason for the purchase, which makes this situation particularly disappointing. It would be advisable for Vevor to review its distribution partner in this specific region.

Acheté tonneau de polissage 1,8 kg, livré rapidement, bien emballé, matériel cossu, très bon produit. Là où le bas blesse, livré sans billes de polissage sans aucun accessoires pour l'utiliser ne serait-ce que pour le premier essai, de plus le mode d'emploi est uniquement en anglais .

I got this rock tumbler under recommendation from a friend who uses a similar one. He spoke very highly of VEVOR's customer service and products, however the rock tumblr I ordered did not function for more than an hour at a time before completely failing and not turning on at all despite following the instructions. I figured it was a fault with the unit itself, and my disappointment was made that much worse when I reached out to their support team hoping to get a replacement unit only to recieve a dismissive response (that reads as AI-generated) in which I was told to use an altenrative power cable - which we do not have and use of just any cable would invalidate a warranty; or perhaps it was "loose wiring," with an implication we should fix this ourselves. To top it all off the response from staff to my complaint in which I detailed that the unit would not turn on, they responded by saying "it isn't powered on," and I was simply gobsmacked by the ridiculously poor response in spite of sending a video in which I displayed correct connection to a wall outlet with a surge protector, and demonstrated how the unit would not power on. I communicated an interest in returning the defective unit I have for a functioning replacement, but now I have had this utterly incomprehencibley rude wave-of-the-hand dismissive response from the VEVOR team I am questioning whether I have any interest in using VEVOR products ever in future. I am beyond let down, I am angry. Not only were we delivered a product that did not work as advertised, a faulty puece of equipment, but the reaponse to our trying to ammend what is a faulty product on behalf of VEVOR is a response to the tune of "that sounds like a you problem," Disappointed is an understatement. Based on my customer service with VEVOR at this stage and experience with their product I would not recommend buying anything from VEVOR.
