Attention !!! Après 2 semaines d'utilisations, le tonneau était inutilisable à cause d'un défaut électronique ! Le tonneau se met à accélèrer seul d'un seul coup peu importe la quantité de pierres à l'intérieur, la vitesse ... Et finit par s'arrêter et briser le cycle. Ne l'achetez pas !! Car il y a de grandes chances d'avoir ce défaut visiblement sur les tonneaux de cette marque.

The motor stopped working during the 2nd step of the 1st batch. Vevor gave me a choice of money back or a new tumbler. I chose a new tumbler and the new tumbler finished the 2nd step. During the 3rd step the ac adapter stopped working so I switched to the plug from the first one. I managed to finish the 3rd step but I had to hand start the tumbler as the motor doesn’t always start by itself. I’m on the 4th and final step of the 1st batch of stones. I’m not sure if this tumbler will keep working long enough to do a 2nd batch. This tumbler seems to have some serious quality issues. I would definitely not recommend it

Après 6 mois d'utilisation, un des deux tonneaux ne fonctionne plus Très déçue au prix où je l'ai payé.

An sich ist es ein Günstiges Gerät aber der Motor ist viel zu schwach um das Gewicht zu drehen. Widersprüchliche Gewichtsangaben Laut Artikelbeschreibung 1,36kg laut Gerätebeschreibung 0,9kg. Die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Mineralien waren nicht alle dabei und manche hatten eine Größe von 5mm da kann man nicht mehr viel machen mit. Bei den Angaben mit den Zeiten muss man aufpassen ein Teil der Mineralien musste ich in Phase 1 schon nach 4h heraus nehmen sonst wäre jetzt nichts mehr übrig davon. Das grobe bearbeiten der Mineralien Phase 1 hat sehr gut Funktioniert man muß halt regelmäßg nach schauen je nach Härtegrad der Mineralien.

Habe bis heute noch keine Antwort bekommen und auch keine Produkte also was soll ich machen?????

After the first use, the second one doesn't work. The motor can't handle the load. I've tried using a smaller amount of stone, reducing the weight, but the motor won't drive the barrel. POS :(

Ran for 3 hours then quit . Motor was extremely hot. I wasn’t expecting a lot at the price but very disappointed that I didn’t even get one batch through the first stage.

The tumbler ran for 3h and stopped, it wont turn back on.... complete waste of money

However, the delivery experience in the Cacia (Aveiro, Portugal) area was unsatisfactory. The distribution partner showed a lack of proper communication, with no SMS, email, or delivery notice, and no second delivery attempt. In one case, the package was left at a nearby shop without any notification. In another case, the order was marked as “delivered” but was never received. The situation was only resolved through Vevor’s intervention, including reshipping one item and refunding another after a prolonged delay. These issues appear to be related to the local distribution service and significantly affect the overall customer experience. It would be advisable for Vevor to review its delivery partner in this specific region. The product quality is good, but the delivery process needs improvement.
