Kirsty First one didn't work
So the first one I ordered didn't work, and when I got in touch with the team they were very helpful and quickly figured out the problem... and then they just replaced it super fast, no more questions asked. The replacement one works really well and I'm really happy with the purchase. I think the issue with the first one was just an electrical fault, but they replaced it so quickly. Really happy with the service and the product.

First, I googled "YouTube, use of Vevor jewelry polisher tumbler" to find numerous helpful videos! I also purchased STAINLESS STEEL shot, because other reviewers warned that the steel shot provided with the Vevor tumbler would not resist rust. I filled the tumbler with the shot, added just enough water to cover the shot, AND added a drop of Dawn dish-washing detergent. ... I placed a handful of seriously tarnished sterling silver charms inside and selected speed 2, alternating spin. After 1 hour, I was very pleased. I then tried again, with a different set of charms and did 3 hours. Mirror shine! ... I'm a serious collector of very old sterling bracelets and charms. Silver polish alone will not work for these. But the tumbler rendered them brand new!
