This is a very good company selling High Quality products. The Buffer works absolutely perfectly easy to use and handle I’ve been looking for this type of Buffer now I have one. The Customer Service is Outstanding very hard to find a company who really cares about their customers but this one actually does and I will be buying more products from them .

Very smooth running machine! The RPM selections designed into the unit are the perfect speeds for compound and polishing. The included backup pads and arbor extensions make it a more versatile machine for buffing hard to reach areas including things like alloy wheels. I'm very impressed so far. At first I was unsure if I would like the lock on switch instead of a variable trigger but it actually works better IMO especially if you have a lot of work to do. Works great for small parts and spot buffing but you could definitely do complete car body panels with it. Highly recommend!

Transmission is noisy and got loose/backlash all ready. Opening it and put it full new quality grease make it usable. Time will show how long it lasts in hobby use.

The polisher has a lot of vibration, which increases fatigue during usage. Don't risk buying, they won't let you return it. The policy is to ware you down, keep asking for videos to illustrate why you are unhappy so their technicians can help. They are not receptive to returns.
