Recensioni dei clienti per VEVOR Lucidatrice Elettrica, Carico 0,9 kg, 4 Livelli di Velocità, Set per Lucidatura con Pietre Preziose Grezze e Grani Lucidanti, Timer di Lucidatura e Pannello di Controllo Intuitivo, Nero

Habe bis heute noch keine Antwort bekommen und auch keine Produkte also was soll ich machen?????

After the first use, the second one doesn't work. The motor can't handle the load. I've tried using a smaller amount of stone, reducing the weight, but the motor won't drive the barrel. POS :(

Ran for 3 hours then quit . Motor was extremely hot. I wasn’t expecting a lot at the price but very disappointed that I didn’t even get one batch through the first stage.

The tumbler ran for 3h and stopped, it wont turn back on.... complete waste of money

le polissage souhaité n'est pas atteint. Les pierres sont mat mais pas brillantes.

The products offered by Vevor appear to be of good quality, and customer support was responsive and effective in resolving issues. However, the delivery experience in the Cacia (Aveiro, Portugal) area was unsatisfactory. The distribution partner showed a lack of proper communication, with no SMS, email, or delivery notice, and no second delivery attempt. In one case, the package was left at a nearby shop without any notification. In another case, the order was marked as “delivered” but was never received. The situation was only resolved through Vevor’s intervention, including reshipping one item and refunding another after a prolonged delay. These issues appear to be related to the local distribution service and significantly affect the overall customer experience. It would be advisable for Vevor to review its delivery partner in this specific region. The product quality is good, but the delivery process needs improvement.

intended use for rust removal on tools

The speed is inconsistent and on a couple occasions the machine on one side kept turning off and I had to restart.. I like the overall design but it needs some improvement.
