I like this sander. The issue is I cant get replacement parts. The seal that goes between the sander and sanding pad for dust management failed shortly after I got it. Now the 5" pad no longer holds onto the sanding discs. I've had this 13 months but am using my old faithful Dewalt that I have had for years instead. It never crossed my mind that I couldn't get replacement parts on a tool that will go through parts. I don't see me buying from Vevor in the future. At least Harbor Freight has a store in my town. I can get cheap from them.

Aprés 2 minutes d'utilisation, Il y a eu une étincelle dans la ponceuse. L'Électricité de la maison s'est coupée. Depuis si je la branche l’électricité se coupe directement. Je ne suis pas content!

La ponceuse est bien mais la société vevor ne vend pas de plateau séparément. Le plateau était inutilisable après 1 mois et je ne peux plus utiliser la ponceuse.

Bonjour suite à l'achat de ma machine j'ai usé le plateau et le service après-vente me contacte pas depuis plus de 10 jours alors que je suis sur un chantier. La machine est inutilisable et la vis pour démonter le plateau était quasiment indémontable. J'aimerais qu'on me contacte rapidement s'il vous plaît ! J'ai fait de la publicité pour cette machine sur Tik Tok mais je commence à regretter vu qu'il n'y a pas de service après-vente. Je suis pourtant très satisfait de la machine mais si on ne peut pas commander de pièces j'ai acheté cette machine pour rien.

It started smoking out of the motor the first 30 minutes I used it. It was to hot to hold onto even with gloves on. We have tried to send it back or trade for something else but ya'll don't answer the phone or call back. So it appears to me Bad product and warranty is no good!

This sander is underpowered for its intended use. This sander does not have a reliable way of replacing the pads . This sander has a ridiculously short cord. Buy it if you are an amateur and don't need to count on a sander , but NOT if you are a pro. You get what you pay for . I just ordered another BOSCH GET75-6N , it's $350 bucks but worth every dime compared to this piece of junk .

Utilisé 4h avec la fonction dégrossi et elle ne fonctionne déjà plus. J espère que le sav va faire quelque chose. Ne fonctionne plus qu en mode finition...

If you you're going to sell a tool that takes specifically made replacement parts, you have to sell the parts as well. This sander does not have a replacement sanding pad. Sanding pads wear out, especially with the newer mesh style disc's. They shear off the hook n loop (velco). A month after moderate use I need a new 5" and 6" pad. Contacted Vevor, nope not offered. Sander is useless. Don't get me wrong, the sander is really good. It truly holds its own against much much more expensive brands, and maybe even deserve a mention in the Mirka conversation. But unless the parts are available it's junk And those of you who are already in this condudrum there is a solution. Buy the Maxxxt pad. The Maxxxt is the same sander with a few small differences but the exact same pad. Or please call Vevor and explain that their tool buyer should do some homework and stock replacement / consumable parts if they care about the customers.
