I’m not sure where to begin, but the most important issue is that the machine arrived in a non-functional state. Furthermore, it was not fully assembled, and the included manual doesn't help at all. The grinder was not properly attached to the trolley and I’m not just referring to the three mounting screws, but to the entire spring-loaded mount on the stand, which is essential for leveling and ensuring the machine functions correctly when used with the trolley. The grinder itself has an onboard power switch that can be operated manually; that is the only reason I decided not to return the package. The main power switch located on the trolley turned out to be defective. In fact, when I attempted to replace it with an identical new part, I discovered that one of the connectors had been damaged—likely during the initial assembly or loading process. The machine itself operates fine, though I would not recommend using it while detached from the stand, as the grinder unit lacks proper grounding cable.

Terrible customer service. I have a product issue and no help. Unit keeps falling apart and will not go back or stay together. Just looking to upgrade to the next step up and pay the difference.
