Motor is very weak. Not enough clearance for thicker belts between wheel and shroud, bogs very easy. I would not buy again.

Taylor Low quality
This belt sander is pretty much garbage and I am sure it won't last long. First off, when you flip the switch it struggles to start. When it does it only runs at half speed for 30 seconds or so and then speeds up. And better yet, the disc has a wobble to it. makes it hard to sand smoothly. The Belt also has a wobble to it but is more usable.

Pretty shitty experience so far. I received the Disc/belt sander on April 7 and out of the box the belt sander didn't work. I sent in a ticket asking if there's another way to engage it. No response. 2 days later i sent in another ticket to return/refund. Still no response.

Jacques Sableuse à ruban.
Pas satisfait de cette sableuse. Le moteur par au ralenti est très lent à démarrer il faut même lui donner une petite poussée pour qu’il démarre.

Jared Williams Save your money
Power cord broke and fell off after a week, motor also gets stopped by almost anything you try to grind/sand.

more like a toy.... Like a toy...
I wish I had done my job as a buyer better... but I did not. No one to blame other than myself!!
As a matter of fact I can not imagine somebody does any meaningful job with this.
This unit is incredibly small...I mean way too small. more like a toy than any other thing.
Unfortunately now I am stuck to this. Am I going to do anything sensible with this!? I really seriously doubt that.
The next real thing is about 300 dollars but that one was a good deal. anyways my advice to you stay away of this one
Unless your pieces of job is really indeed tiny!!!
