The paint finish was immediately flaking off of both ratchets as soon as I pulled them out of the box most of the paint has already come off before I even used them

These could easily be a great value, but they aren't there yet. Yes, these are extremely inexpensive load binders, which is why I still gave 3 stars, but the ratcheting mechanism is "pretty tight" which makes tensioning & releasing loads pretty annoying and inconvenient. Compounding the issue is the fact that the black rubber grips in the picture are really just "sleeves" that slide all over the place and are difficult to keep on the barrel in use, and the barrel is impossible to grip well enough to operate the ratchet without them.

Work great but a lot smaller than I expected

DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT......DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!! I ordered 12 of these 3/8 x 1/2 load binders to upgrade, and replace my 5/16 x 3/8 binders. I was especially excited because I thought the idea of a removable handle was a genius idea, and it actually is. Upon arrival, I opened the first box, and found the wrong size binders. I opened the other boxes, and they too were the wrong size!!! All 12 were wrong. I checked the order to make sure I hadn't screwed up, and then the actual boxes themselves, and discovered that they had packaged EVERYTHING WRONG at the factory!!! The boxes said 3/8 x 1/2, but they contained 5/16 x 3/8. I emailed and filed for a refund, and over the span of 2 weeks I believe, I had to wait, jump through hoops, send approximately 20 different pictures of the binders, and boxes, and still had to threaten a charge reversal with my credit card for them to agree to refund my money. In the end, they finally refunded my money, and told me to keep the 12 binders that are now laying in the floor of my shop, and no idea what to do with them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

They come un-oiled the handle broke off in my hand the first time I used them then yesterday another handle broke off I would not recommend to anyone

handle not going in properly and it keeps falling off would like to return it with the smaller version with the fix handle

Poor quality cheap made junk trying to get a return on product is hassle
