Upon opening the box one side of the board was damaged with a very large crease and a lot of puckering across the board. I put it together because we needed the board for church that Sunday. The other side was completely fine. I reached out to customer service and immediately got a reply. I sent photos of the crease and the box it was sent in. I sent photos of the box twice. It felt very clear that since the box was not damaged and Vevor could not have the shipper fund a new board that they were going to stop responding to my messages. The was box was not damaged and it is clear that this was a quality control issue and they sent me a damaged product. I do not work daily but they consider their issues resolved if you do not respond within 24 hours which is a bad business practice that is clearly an attempt to not have to resolve their issues. I did reply within 24 hours with a 3rd set of photos and it has been 4 days since that last reply. I simply want the board piece replaced. The price would be worth it had customer service been reasonable and replaced the faulty part. It's not worth it to pay for poor quality and bad customer service.
