Great jerky cutting head. I've had another one for several years. Bought this one for a spare. The other one sliced 40 pounds of meat in 1 minute and 52 seconds

The original 3.5mm blade pack that came with the meat slicer was basically junk. This replacement model was much better. The spacers between the circular blades on the original were some kind of plastic or nylon. They came loose and the blades would stop even though the motor would still run. The replacement blade 5mm pack seems to use metal spacers so probably much more clamping force between blades. No problem with this one so far. I have made a jig and tried tightening the nuts on the old blade pack.. Don’t know if it worked yet I still need to try it out.

Works well

Seems to work well. I had issues with the blades stopping while running. It turns out the blades are held in there just by compression, nothing physically connected to the shaft turning the blades. To fix this issue you need to tighten the nut on the assembly. This can be complicated by the opposite side is round with a notch. I am making a custom tool to hold the round side, but you can set it up with a flathead screwdriver. Just be very careful, the blades are extremely shart. I also wish there was a storage box for these from factory. I ended up 3D printing a custom storage box for these.

i dont really know how to rate this yet ,since there are no instruction how to remove the older one and replace it, but i can rate costumer support A big Old ZERO (0) trying to get thru to them for over a week , i should send it back and try another company

So I have a 5mm and a 7mm blade for my commercial slicer and it is already getting rust on the blade and middle piece. I have contacted customer service multiple times and the first time they keep changing who I would talk to and have to start the convo over again so I stoped replying. Well I contacted them twice today and got ghosted by one of them then tried it again. This time got to talk to someone but then brushed my issue off like it was nothing. But it is an issue my company use that slicer. Then when I said refund he said they have a one year warranty on them. But before that told me they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. What is the point in 24/7 customers service if they brush the customers off. I will not recommend this at all
