I’ve used it various times already and have not had a problem, I have used m12 and m18 propresses and yes this one is heavy and the box is big but for the price ,Il look past that 100% ! I learned how to sweat from my JMAN but he also had propress witch he showed me how to use too , I rather be in and out of a customers home than to be just sweating every thing on ! I highly recommend just buying up to 2” I’ve done some commercial projects and yes fittings are extra but the customers love a couple minutes of shut down rather than an overnight job or worse they have to shut down for the day ! Take the leap you won’t regret it !

great tools

The tool seems good enough but why are all the batteries different? Pro press uses makita style, drill uses Dewalt style, I still haven't figured out which style the oscillating saw uses.

Just a little bulky, otherwise is works well and have no complaints.

Great tool for the money

It works really well just as described. My only two complaints are they made it huge and heavy so tight overhead areas can be tricky. And the case does not have a cut out for one of the dies so you have to stack it on another one which makes the case not close effortlessly.

I bought this after paying over $1,000 for two other pin hole leaks. At some point I will probably have to replace all of my copper piping, but until then, this will save me money. The only downside (for me) was the smaller kit ( 1/2" - 1") was out-of-stock, so I had to buy the larger, more expensive, kit since I had a current leak. Tip, if you can, tie some string around the hole and put the other end in a container. The string will soak up the water and transfer down so it will collect in the container, buying you time.

Great tool for the price, I actually bought a second tool for my crew.
