Written assembly instructions are badly flawed and unsafe. No information is given on how to thread the cable through the block and tackle at the top. Hint-you'll have to disassemble it. Even worse the picture on the instruction manual shows the fall arrestor attached to the winch cable! NO NO NO. The fall arrestor is a safety device used when lifting people. It's like a seat belt. It has to be attached to the lifting eye and completely separate from the winch cable. It's there in case the winch cable fails.
The fall arrestor arrived shattered in the box. Boxes were undamaged. It was in the same box as the winch but not protected from it. The winch handle attachment punched right through it. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully they'll honor the warranty. This page won't let me attach photos. Cute. That creates distrust so you lost a star for that. All update my review if you honor the warranty
