I bought this after seeing John Cadogan review it on his Auto Expert YouTube chanel.
I have used it the past weekend to drill multiple holes on heavy steel beam section and it performed flawlessly. The cutters also made quick work of the job. Very impressed.
Highly recommend this for home handyman of light fabrication shop. Mount it to a stand and use as a pedestal drill.
Highly flexible unit at a value price. Big thumbs up from me.

I’ve used tons of magdrills over the years. Mostly Hougen for structural fabrication. This thing measures up. The annular cutters seem to be good quality. Haven’t broken one yet. For the price it’s a no brainer.

Bought due to needing to drill big holes through metal I didn't expect the bits to be good but honestly did a lot better than my friends 1500 dollar mag drill and his 80 dollar bit so he is also ditching the expensive setup and looking into buying one
