The Vevor hydraulic power steering setup for outboard engine exceeded my expectations. Installed on a 18' Trophy with a Mercury 115 Four Stroke. It appears to be of equal quality to the name brand costing 2x as much. Installation was straightforward, all fittings, hoses and hardware were included. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely buy from Vevor again.

Bonjour, Je vous recommande ce produit. Je l'ai installé (février 2022) sur un Ultramar 5m15 avec un moteur 115cv Mercury et après une saison d'utilisation je vous confirme que c'est le jour et la nuit par rapport à mon ancienne direction à câble. J'hésitai pour investir dans une direction hydraulique mais à ce prix faut pas...

Muy fácil de montar, encaja perfectamente en mi tohatsu de 90cv 2tiempos, como pone en las características, cambio radical en comodidad y precisión....a falta de ver la venera del producto muy, muy recomendable

Had this installed about a year. works great and loving the instant response to steering and you could steer with one finger if you wanted to. It was easy to install just a bit tricky to bleed but i got that sorted, that's not a fault of the unit. One of the fittings on the back of the pump unit was stripped so I couldn't fit it, rather than wait I just took it to a local hydraulic shop and got a new fitting. still waiting since last year for the vevor replacement fitting. no drama all working.

Great product, great price. Instructions suck, but plenty of videos on YouTube. Took a little longer to install, but that was me being careful. I have recommended this product to two of my friends, offered to help them install, to convince them to upgrade their boat steering with this product.

Easy to fit. Suggest getting a longer clear tube to connect the 2 bleed lines together, open both, fill the steering unit with fluid. Turn the steering wheel in one direction very slowly, stopping every few seconds to let the air out and new fluid in. You should see the fluid going through the tube. Continue until all the fluid is in. Then turn in the opposite direction and check for air bubbles. Once all gone, close the bleeds and remove the tube. Can all be done by yourself.
