Really good price and fast delivery. It was worth waiting. All the instruction are in English and doesn't take to much time to install it.

I bought the 160 foot model, and had to mount it 20 foot high on one end for the pitch to be steep enough. Also, anyone over 100 pounds pulled the cable through the clamps, making it so it had to be reinstalled after each attempt. I also had to chain the cable to a vehicle to get it tight enough to use the small cable tightener that comes in the kit. Great fun for the lighter grandchildren, though. I did like the safety harness and clip-ins. I will modify it for the fatties in our family.

if you have the space this item is a really good deal with high quality parts, strong enough for adults and cats. only took a few weeks to set up and was a real hit with my nephews, keeps working well even after rain and gigantic dragon flies laying golden eggs

Bei der Zipline hat leider das Spannschloss gefehlt. Nach mehreren Montageversuchen wurde schließlich ein Spanngurt verwendet welcher zum gewünschten Ergebnis führte. Das Spannschloss hätte vermutlich eh nicht funktioniert, da der Spannbereich viel zu klein wäre. Die Federbremse hat, je nach Benutzergewicht, auch nur eine minimale Wirkung. Alles in allem für den Preis ganz OK. Aber mit einer Zipline auf einem Spielplatz oder einem Kletterpark nicht zu vergleichen.

I purchased a zip line and everything came in a box, but the 160 foot stainless steel zip line had a broken off connector at one end so I could not use it. I tried to reach out to VV, but it was very difficult in the app to get a replacement, all I need is a replacement 160 foot stainless steel cable to be successfully able to use my purchase.

This kit is a serious safety hazard. The "spring brake" system doesn't actually slow you down reliably — my son hit the end at nearly full speed and the brake bunched up uselessly instead of decelerating him, slamming him into the tree anchor. Could have easily caused a broken bone or worse. The cable itself is supposedly stainless steel but it's already showing rust spots after a few weeks of normal outdoor use. The trolley wheels are rough and grinding, definitely not built for smooth long-term use — sounds like metal grinding on metal every ride. Instructions for setup are vague at best, with no real torque specs or guidance for anchor points, so you're basically guessing about whether your installation can handle the rated weight. For a product whose entire purpose is suspending a human body above ground at speed, this is unacceptable. Spend the extra money on a brand that actually tests their safety equipment.

I wish I would have kept the box so I could return it.
