For the price it's great. Keyboard showed up all broke like it been dropped or kicked. But for the money it's like just throw it in the trash and go on. The company offered to send me some new parts or whatnot but it anymore is messing with. Just buy one if it breaks throw it in the trash. Good advertisement for the company

I purchased this to upgrade from the smaller Vevor a few weeks earlier. On that one the camera broke with in a coupe of weeks. Trying to explain to Vevor it was the camera was impossible they even sent a new cable which was not faulty. Anyway I upgrade to this model and it is also a piece of junk and not a serious sewer camera due to its build quality. My keyboard is useless the feet have come off the sound is terrible but that's not a major issue as the sound rarely works anyway. But by far the worst issue is the after sales communication and service. They simply say we'll be in touch in 48 hrs so one conversation takes two weeks. I am still no further forward as to how to resolve my issues. So again if you use this for business do not be tempted by the price as it is literally JUNK!!

The camera image looks great but the cord isn’t strong enough. We could only push it to 45 feet. I don’t know why they sell them with 300 foot cords we couldn’t even make it past 50 feet. I wouldn’t buy again.

I’ve received the camera, the cameras location function is not working. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and they say they will reach back out in 48 hrs but that hasnt happened yet. I just got this new camera and wasted my money. No support

I have never experienced such service. No way of talking to tech support on phone. All is emails to China. And they either lack knowledge or ability to understand English. . Almost a month into this and no further ahead than day one. They only sent part of what they said Ii needed. They said do the repairs and get back to them if it doesn’t work for a new solution. I can’t fix what I don’t have. . This unit was used about 10 times and now it goes to the recycling.bin

received a faulty item that never worked. contacted customer service right away and they refuse to issue a refund and its been over a month and they keep on stalling

Camera screen already stopped working starts up with vevor logo quick and then goes black

My sewer camera that I bought about a month ago is having issues not working not charging and they’re convinced it’s the monitor when I think it’s a battery issue I think a replacement would be best but they think a monitor will work.

Used it 2xs in 9 months and camera did not last. Junk....

Failed in the first month. I have the warranty and customer service is slow to respond. They guessed at what my problem was with no actual trouble shooting. Well I recieved the screen swapped it out and had the same issue.
