I received my tools this noon and after two hours on charger the battery is not charging

Gerät funktioniert nicht. Wir haben den Akku voll geladen, er ist gut eingehängt im Gerät und trotzdem geht nichts. Gerät absolut unbrauchbar! Obwohl wir uns direkt bei Vevor gemeldet haben, sogar ein Video geschickt, wo man sieht dass nichts funktioniert, haben wir seit Wochen keine Antwort erhalten. Leider sehr enttäuschend!

If you could rate as negative 5 stars this would be it. Tried to reach out to return and was asked for videos?!?!? Wouldn’t cut 8” grass. Awful.

If there was a zero rating I would use that! Received the trimmer, charged the battery, and then tried to use it. The trimmer had no power and it is 100% inoperative straight out of the box.

Hola, se ha vuelto a estropear el piñon que acciona la tijera de corte…al ser de plástico acaba rompiendo con poco tiempo de uso y deja de actuar el peine de corte. Tendreis repuesto de esa pieza..?????

I really like the multiple angles and extension. Blade seems very sharp but I was disappointed in the lack of power. Numerous times the blade just stopped when cutting a tree branch only 1/4 in diameter. Battery was fully charged. I think it will do great on new and very tender growth but not so well on sturdier growth. Still, I think it’s worth the money just for the extra reach to clean up the smaller growth that is hard to reach

This hedge trimmer is lighter but most likely because there is no handle for extra support when extended. We also have a Black & Decker extendable hedge trimmer which does have a handle for guidance & stability. It is heavier because of the "handle" but easier to use & control.

Great product, very easy to use, but keep it straight, as I broke the blade when I let it hang (my fault) replaced the blade and still working

Dommage que les batterie makita ne fonctionne pas dessus . En forçant un peut le plastique à fendu et j'ai réparer avec des collier en métal

This trimmer can only be used with the extension pole. Don’t be confused by the 2 in 1 claim. I had expected it meant either with or without the extender pole, a regular trimmer or an extended trimmer but the battery pack is on the end of the pole/handle so there is no way to use it without the pole. Now I need to buy another (regular) trimmer to trim smaller hedges.
