My Husband is all happy with his hydraulic outboard steering. He is putting in fine touches on his boat . He is saving the hydraulic outboard steering to put on last. He is a very Happy Camper. Will be ordering more stuff soon from Ya'll. Thank you Mrs Mary Prosperie

I've installed this kit on a 40' houseboat and love it! Easy to install and works as it should. I will definitely consider purchasing another when I need new steering for another boat.

Nice quality, relatively easy install, reasonable instructions.
Watching a Baystar installation video on YouTube would be a good thing to do.
Only negative is there is no parts breakdown or spare parts source mentioned. I assume Baystar o-rings/seals will work if needed.
Keep it serviced and it will likely last a long time.
My install: Yamaha F150 on a Glastron 18 GTX.

Very easy to install. Operates perfectly for me. Great product. Awesome for the boat outboard motor. definitely would recommend this product for anybody that wants to go from cable steering to power steering.

The unit fit my Honda 75hp perfectly. The steering is excellent. Much better than cable.
Only concerned that in the future I will have difficulty finding seals if I need them.
I've searched on the internet and can't find any reference for parts.

I was in search of new steering system with my older bass boat's system seized (rack and pinion steering). I trusted the comments I read and went for it....much cheaper than the "name" brands. It was a much easier install than the prior system and went smoothly. I took my time and only needed a little help from the wife when I added the hydraulic fluid.
I would recommend for anyone who wants to save some money while upgrading to a hydraulic steering system.
