wer4god51 Needs a easier timer sustem
System works great just wish I could figure out the timer. I have to turn it on let it run for about 4 hrs then cut it off. I would like for it to run 2 hrs on off for 1hr and continue doing that 7 days s week.

I bought this pump about a month ago because the parts were not available for my first pump which I have had for one year that quit working. I have only had the pump a year and it was not running more than half a day each day and wore out. The website stays the parts will be available in one to two weeks. The parts are still not available a month later. I would like to get my other pump fixed before the new one wears out. My pump really needs to have consistent aeration. I am very unhappy with the service and quality of this company so far. If there are no repair parts available then I need to shop elsewhere.

Rey Not a good fit for our pond
We ordered this pump to replace a vevor pump that failed with one year of use .
The pump came as described. However, it was Much louder than we expected and louder than the previous pump. The air coming out of the pump is so hot that it melted our weighted lines causing them to rupture. We
Ended up not using it and ordered a different pump.

Unit has been in operation a few weeks it seems to be getting very hot, it has adequate air ventilation and is in a fan forced air cooled container.
Check on a daily as I'm afraid it's going to overheat and destroy itself.

Rinedog Good and bad
The hose is supposed to be self sinking. Mine floats, this is a problem with boats now. Good system other than the hose which is very dissipointing
