In my opinion: The product works well, but instructions and the video was not as helpful as it could be. The only way to reach customer support/service on the phone is leave a message. Other online options-I didn’t feel at that time would fit my specific need. They say they will call on their phone message but for me, I only got an email that felt canned, non human, and unhelpful. I think for the price they are the best ones for beginners and have been pleased once we figured out how to operate the multi size one by watching you tube and doing research. My major concern in my opinion is the non personal customer service, should I ever need to try to contact them again. I did not feel valued as a consumer nor did I receive the answer I called about.

Daughter loves it, easy to setup and use. Easy to switch between the sizes. Great set to get started.

Works very good and well worth the price. All the tools you would need and lots of badges to try on.

I bought this for my nine year old. The written instructions are vague and the video on how to use it doesn't help much either. We eventually figured it out and she has absolutely enjoyed making all the buttons!

Bon produit à un prix compétitif. Livraison expresse

Super fast delivery (less than 5 days to Europe). Good quality product. Definitely recommend!
