Unit arrived clearly used - scratches and dents all over it. After a couple of days of back and forth with customer support (because they take a day to respond to everything), I shipped it back for a replacement. Shipped item 9 days ago, they received it 7 days ago, and today they cancelled the support ticket without shipping a replacement or refunding me. I want to like Vevor as they're products are typically good value, but they're quality assurance and customer support are both awful. Stay away.

Everything worked great first day and second day it just stopped working no idea why either the trottle or controller

Instructions were not clear. After trying a few configurations, I was able to get it working. I think one of the hall sensor wires crossed with another, and now it won't work. Not sure what to do with it now.

I started building my project in April 2025, but I didn’t get around to hooking up the motor until November. When I finally connected it, it didn’t work. After checking the voltages, I found the internal low-voltage rail at 1.6 VDC instead of the expected 5 VDC. I reported this to Vevor, and they asked me to take pictures—pictures? Then they offered me twenty dollars to have someone local repair it. Nobody in my area will even look at a motor for anything close to that amount; it would cost as much as buying a new unit. So I ordered another motor because I still need it. Please understand—I do appreciate their effort to provide customer service.

J'ai acheté le kit pour m'asurrer de la compatibilité à 100% des différents éléments. Malheureusement pour moi, le contrôleur semble ne pas fonctionner. Malgrè tous les essais possibles et prises de mesures, le moteur ne tourne toujours pas, et aucune tension n'apparait sur les bornes de puissance en sortie de contrôleur. C'est le deuxième équipement électronique que j'achete chez vevor et qui ne fonctionne pas. L'autre équipement était un poste à souder que j'ai racheté chez un autre fabricant.

Price is low and so is the quality. It's my second set, controller of first one burned out inside of two weeks. Second set the gasp pedal did not work out of the box. Still had the pedal from the first set and could get it to work, but the inconsistent quality is frustrating. I'd rather pay more for a good product that works trouble-free out of the box.
