I bought this item and used it twice and it quit working. Try to have it refunded as I bought an extended warranty with it and had no luck very disappointed.

Laser level: Unit turns on by itself. I can turn it off. With it sitting on a table no one around it and I will notice the laser running. I have never used it. It just arrived and I plugged it in to charge. Not impressed. I’m looking for my order number and they want videos of it. I can get a video of it after it is on but you can’t know when it’s going to turn on so I’m not videoing for an extended period.
Need help locating the order number to arrange the return.

Receiver does NOT work. I have been waiting for over a week for customer support to respond and resolve the problem. They could send a replacement receiver. No response. I get the same 24 to 48 hour run around over and over. I am not sure if there really is a customer support team because they do not respond. Very disappointing. I can not use the item. The return Department did not respond. I will have to reach out to my credit card provider to see what my options are.

its no accurate bad alignment and it's not correct
I tried to use it in one of my jobs and we have up to 2" difference between point A and B. Its very bad that we have up to 2" difference with a laser level like this. Thanks God we check carefully and accuracy with this tool.

Justin Laser damaged in shipping.
Laser appears it would be a decent laser. I am thinking it was damaged in shipping or possibly is just cheap made. Not sure.
