Ordered a vertical flip Murphy bed kit but received a side flip kit. Raised a ticket and found customer support very poor. No solution just said it was the right order delivered

Sam mechanizm jest spoko ale instrukcja to katastrofa. Instrukcja zrobiona dla płyt 25mm kiedy my w Polsce używamy głównie płyt 18mm. Brak podstawowych informacji na temat wymiarów mechanizmu abyśmy mogli sami zaprojektować skrzynię. Skończyło się na tym że musiałem liczyć wszystko na podstawie instrukcji by potem móc stworzyć skrzynię taką jaką chcę. Mnóstwo błędów i bzdur bo wszystko jest przetłumaczone przez tłumacz google'a. Ogólna ocena to 2 bo wysiłek włożony w napisanie instrukcji to porażka.

Quality of product is great but maybe not quality control: our gas springs are contracting from the wrong end and inly compress about 2 inches. This problem was brought up to Vevor with a video showing the defect and they have yet to do anything about it.

I purchased this bed kit and was really happy with the kit and price point. The instructions came in metric measurements but to my relief the company very quickly emailed me back a new instruction pack converted to inches. That being said I built the bed with the kit provided and it’s not as strong as I’d like unfortunately. Will still work but I’d be afraid to let my larger guests sleep on it

Worst directions i have ever dealt with.

Hardware seems to be sound however the design leaves large gaps on each side of bed. Metric conversion is off. You can’t trust the tiny sheet converting to inches. Overhang on the face of the bed box makes the whole project a pain. I wouldn’t recommend this hardware to anyone

Easy enough to build and the hardware works, but the quality of the metal is really poor, my brackets are bending so much, the screws have started pulling out of the wood, really cheap metal, this is after I reinforced it with heavy duty L brackets as well. Would never buy this again or recommend to others, but a more expensive quality kit.

After spending 8 months building my house my girlfriend asked me what the worst part of building the house was. Without hesitation I said building the murphy bed. The quality of material is excellent. The directions are awful, incomplete and wrong in one part. Whatever you think you are saving buying you will lose in your time if you pay yourself 5 bucks an hour. I am competent. I did many things on this house. With good directions it is an easy project. I spent so many hours trying to reverse engineer pictures. Your life is too valuable to mess with this.

No wonder Vevor is discounting it; it is a gamble if you get someone usable. I'm glad that I tested the kit shortly after it arrived with a couple of 2x4s before I wasted hundreds of dollars on materials to build a murphy bed. The promising brackets are let down by completely wrong gas springs. Someone at Vevor (or their suppliers) slapped Vevor part number labels on the wrong part. The gas spring will only travel an inch or two, instead of the many inches of travel that it needs. So, anyone building the kit would get a murphy bed that can only be closed (vertical) or open a quarter or so of the way open (certainly not enough to open the bed to sleep on).
