Hola, buenas tardes. Gracias

One of the boards that go in between the glass was warped or twisted so bad it took a hammer to get it on and alot of time . I would have returned it but I had already painted the door black . Now one glass sits funny

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered two barn doors from their website on 04/21/25. They were delivered later than listed on 04/28/25. Doors come requiring customer to put together. Upon putting together the first door, the wooden frame was extremely warped, causing the door to be twisted to the point of being unusable. Reached out to company immediately and th le advised it would be three days to respond. They then offered to send a replacement part after submitting photos of the damaged part. This would was not feasible as would extend the completion of the project. The second door was not opened. Over the course of 4 days, several requests were made for Vevor to send a return label for both doors as I was forced to purchase two matching doors from another company. Vevor has refused to refund and accept return of their damaged product. I have been forced to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. Do not buy anything from Vevor. They will not stand behind their products. Buyer be warned.

Purchased a home a couple years ago, has to be close to 100 years old. Been through a few remodels before we got to it. Had a open "doorway" down the hall that was an odd size. Too wide for a single door, not wide enough for most double doors. We had success with a different sized version of this door from VEVOR. Plus, we knew what we were in for -- and it matches the other door. Its definitely heavy duty -- emphasis on the HEAVY, and very solid. Had to reinforce the header with a painted 1x6 and lag bolts to make sure the door wasn't going to tear down the wall. Overall, we love the door. Building a 2nd one definitely made the process easier. Learned a few tricks along the way and this door slides a lot smoother than our first attempt. The ONLY things I'm not thrilled about is how both had some minor damage upon opening the box. I guess with a white door being shipped in pieces, that's to be expected. Also, some of the frosted sheen on the glass panels has started to wear off on the first door. Since its for our laundry room, that might be why. But keep an eye on it. Not sure how I would go about fixing that. Ultimately, I would purchase again. For the price and size we needed, I can't think of anywhere that's more competitive on price.
