The guide rail felt extremely high quality — far better than I expected. It was very sturdy, and there were no visible machining marks anywhere. The materials also appeared to be of excellent quality. I couldn’t detect any play in the slides at all.
My use case was somewhat unconventional, so tolerances were not particularly critical for me.
I would feel confident using these to build a CNC milling machine, for example for woodworking. However, I can’t say whether the tolerances would be sufficient for metalworking.
Ohjainkisko vaikutti erittäin laadukkaalta — selvästi paremmalta kuin odotin. Se oli hyvin tukeva, eikä työstöjälkiä näkynyt missään. Myös materiaalit vaikuttivat erinomaisen laadukkailta. Liu’uissa ei tuntunut lainkaan välystä.
Oma käyttötarkoitukseni oli hieman tavallisesta poikkeava, joten toleransseilla ei ollut erityisen suurta merkitystä.
Uskaltaisin käyttää näitä CNC-jyrsimen rakentamiseen esimerkiksi puun työstöön. Metallintyöstön vaatimien toleranssien riittävyydestä en kuitenkaan osaa sanoa.

Thomas Linearführungen in guter Qualität

Das Produkt ist für den privaten Einsatz wirklich sehr gut und von mir für den Bau einer soliden CNC-Fräse durchaus zu empfehlen. Die Linearführung macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und wurde gut verpackt geliefert. Die Laufwagen lassen sich mit etwas Vorspannung gefühlt absolut spielfrei aber sehr gleichmäßig bewegen. Auch die Schienen sind rostfrei und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Einzig der Preis der Variante mit 2000 mm erscheint mir - trotz vermutlich höherer Transportkosten - mit ca. 168€ im Vergleich zu der Variante mit 1000 mm für ca. 53€ zu hoch, da in beiden Fällen vier Laufwagen enthalten sind und lediglich die beiden Führungen jeweils einen Meter länger sind.

RonN Poor service when product arrived damaged.

I purchased the linear rails and they arrived damaged. After numerous back and forth they decided to give me a 50% refund. I paid the optional shipping protection and still had to fight for some sort of refund. I sent pictures as requested of the bent rail. Now I still have to buy a set of rails which is more that the 50 % refund I was given. Not good service as I paid for the extra peice of mind protection which was no good in the end anyway!
