Arrived late. arrived damanged. customer service was slow to respond and then kept trying to cancel the correspondence. Product was taken to a local repair shop to have 3 parts fixed before it would work. partial refund was a total rip-off. Ultimately the machine - once parts are not broken - works pretty well (if you're careful it works about 95% of the time) but I can't give this a good review based on the overall experience.

I bought this for the kids because they wanted a button maker that was larger than the one we have. The other button maker is simple and quick to use, and the kids can crank out buttons all day. This one is **extremely** finicky. Everything has to line up with zero margin for error, and the instructions are useless when it comes to the nuances of alignment. We eventually figured it out, but it took a few dozen failed buttons to get it down. I regret the purchase and don't recommend it.

I had high hopes for this product, but have been greatly disappointed. Once I was finally able to put it together I get maybe 1 button out of every 5 I try to make. Even those don’t look completely right. The plastic film and paper don’t get fully crimped around the parts. It’s also very hard to use. I struggle to pull the handle and get it to fully engage. Super frustrating!

The button maker worked good, for the first couple of times that we used it. We didnt touch it for another 8-9 months and then the next job we were doing the button maker started pushing out bad buttons. The tops in the same spot on every button were not sealing the plastic or the picture.

I am not thrilled!! I was excited about this, but you can tell it has been used A LOT. There are several dents and scratches, hot glue on the springs, and it just looks rough. Purchased for my classroom, but due to this, I wish I had gone a different route.

Défaut de hauteur du plateau supérieur, la machine n’a jamais fonctionné. Après contact du SAV avec vidéo à l’appui, Vevor propose un remboursement de 33 € sur 66,40 € pour un produit neuf et inutilisable. Inacceptable. En attente de remplacement ou remboursement intégral au titre de la garantie légale. À ce stade : 1 étoile. Je mettrai à jour si le problème est résolu.

Machine arrived broken and unusable, and it was incredibly difficult to get real engagement from anyone with the company. I am still trying to return it.
