Works fine, should be a bit higher quality. On assembly plug holes needed adjustments.

Was horrendously heavy.(I am a 69 year old female) Had to open it to bring it in. Carried it downstairs to stain it. It looks pretty good once my handy man installed it. Instructions were a little sparse but he got it done!

Within about 6 months the verticle slats warped. Vevor's fix is to remove the horizontal board push them together and rescrew. Their first fix was to basically take it apart and put screws in at an angle to hold the boards together. Neither of these options fix the fact that the boards are warped and have gaps in them. Look elsewhere and buy a quality product, not this junk. I'm now left fixing the issue because Vevor has junk products and even worse customer service.

The hardware is solid, be aware that the track comes in two pieces so there is a little bump when the rollers run over it. The door itself looks great but it has twisted so I am unsure how long it will be useful. At this point I would not recommend this product.

Ordered the barn door with tracking They delivered just the tracking for the door and I reached out and they said they would deliver the door and to my surprise they sent me the tracking yet again…..customer service is nothing but chatbots Going to contact my credit card company now and request my money back Beware!

Very unimpressed with Vevor's lack of delivery. Item got stuck at destination and never could be located after many attempts at discussing with Customer Service. Finally got a full refund. Ordered a different barn door. 8 days later same story. Apparently it's in the city but can't be tracked down. Someone probably has 2 brand new barn doors sitting in their house!
