This thing is terrible!!! The weld doesn’t penetrate the panel enough to hold the pull tabs on when using the slide hammer I tried returning this product and they said they couldn’t return it without photos so I sent photos Then they wanted videos which would require three hands which isn’t possible Then they sent me a video of how it’s supposed to work and it was obvious that if they actually put the slide hammer on the washers they show that they “welded” to their panel, those washers would have just snapped off as well. What a joke!!! I’ve come to terms that I will never see a refund from these jokers. Please avoid buying anything from them. You’re just throwing g your money away!!! Update They just offered me a $22 refund for my troubles Like I said. What a joke!!!

i bought this machine a year ago tried it twice and am very dissatisfied .I was wondering how to get this machine working correctly or upgrade to a better machine. please help
