The first time I used the unit and I used to crawl under the car and drained the oil,on my VW CC and used second hand VW Tiguan.
Today VW Tiguan coming with compost plastic oil plugs, everything is cheaper than in the old days.
So that's why I use your oil extraction unit and I love it.
I run a test extract to use the hand extraction and check how much is remaining and measured found 65 ml remaining.
My oil filter is on top.
Iam happy with my purchase, great unit.
Note engine warm regards sucked out make it easier.

This is my first time using an extractor, I used it to change my oil. I didn't have to crawl under the car. I'm sure as I get better acquainted with it I will be much faster. I really appreciate the fact that I didn't have to go under the car my filter is on top, I didn't even really need gloves. Loving it so far.

Wonderful tool allows draining engine oil through dipstick tube. I've used this now on 4 different personal vehicles. It allows me siphon oil without having to crawl under to remove drain plug. Depending on which vehicle it is, I may remove drain plug to check how much has remained in the engine. The last oil change I did, when I removed the plug, not a single drop of oil came out. I was both surprised and impressed. Generally there is less than an ounce of oil remaining. Even if you plan on removing the drain plug, it eliminate alot of the splatter and mess that usually occurs.
