I am disappointed with the delivery. The box was clearly labeled, but it appears that proper care was not taken during transportation. Unfortunately, the package arrived damaged. I expected better handling and am very disappointed with the overall experience.
I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to resolve this issue, whether through a replacement or a refund. I look forward to your prompt response.”

Curtis Tool failed

The tool failed the second time I used it I was only using a 12-in breaker bar on the ball joint press trying to press the ball joint out and the tool bent in the end mushroomed and crushed over sideways and I messaged the company and the only thing they want to do is refund me $20 . I will not be buying no products from this company again I got a business to run and I can't be buying tools that are going to break but then two uses and spend that much money on them it's a waste and waste of my time having to wait for another tool to get here cuz I have to order another one from another company. As far as I'm concerned vevor products are no good . I would post pictures but it's not allowed me to post them
