J'ai enfin essayé le cric électrique et le pistolet a chocs
Pour le cric le premier véhicule a levé un Renault trafic 3 qui a glissé car le patin d'appui n'a pas de grippe sur du bitume 😵💫
Quant pistolet à choc il ne fonctionne pas le moteur électrique tourne mais n'entraîne pas le mandrin pour visser ou dévisser 🫤

I received this order on Saturday October 8, 2026. I used it for the first time Monday October 10, 2026 and it did not perform to my expectations based on the advertisement hype. In fact, several things didn't work as you will see in the attached video. Maybe, I was operating it incorrectly but it just didn't do it's job. However, If I was operating the jack correctly, then I need a replacement jack (5 - ton) that works.

Received the product this week' Used it one time and the electric hydralic jack only went up. Had to use the allen wrench "release plug" to lower it. Light and air pump work, but not the jack.
I'd like to start the return and refund process. Thank you

Paket ordentlich angekommen, aber der Boden sieht aus als wäre es eine Retourware! Der Stecker verbogen und das ganze sieht leider nicht nach Neuzustand aus. der Akku voll aufgeladen und in der Fernbedienung war die Batterie schon drinnen, was nicht üblich ist . Es bedarf keiner Rücksendung noch!
muss diesen tollen Akku Stempelheber 5t noch testen. möchte hier dieses Produkt auf keinen Fall schlechtreden, aber das gehört eben gesagt. was gedenken sie da zu tun?

opened packaged and found end of plug broken do to packaging. sent picture of damage. end within an hour of receiving it at my company. still can't get it replaced. they want pictures of the box it came in. after explaining there was nothing wrong with the box
