Bonjour, je profite de ce moment pour vous dire que je suis très déçu du dernier achat. En effet, il me semble avoir commandé l'ensemble avec batteries Je me retrouve avec un système à brancher sur l'allume cigare. Vos autres outils à batterie sont excellents et là je me retrouve avec du filere. Pour le prix c'est pas cool Vous me direz que comme je suis un vieux papy ce n'est pas grave, au contraire, je fonctionne avec mon temps. Comme je n' ai pas gardé l'emballage, je ne peux vous le renvoyer. Tant pis, je me débrouillerai avec ce système. Cordialement Alain DEMAEL

Le cric est top vraiment ,fonctionnel ,facile a utiliser, pour la visseuse ,devisseur, je lai reçu en panne ,jamais fonctionné, et votre système de renvoie préconise de tous renvoyer, ce qui m'empêche d'en avoir un autre en échange.

Malheureusement et contrairement aux produits que j'ai acheté chez Vevor, ce cric est très délicat, instable et ne rempli pas les capacités de levave, il est dangereux.

The jack worked well. The electric lug wrench worked well to loosen and remove the nuts, however, it seems the tool did not securely tighten the nuts. I discovered I lost one nut while driving from one rear end tire. I went around checking each bolt on all four tires and found they were all loose which is why the vehicle was making a whooping sound while driving. I manually tighten each bolt myself with the manual lug wrench. Now the vehicle is driving properly and safe drive drive. No fear that I will lose a tire or two while driving.

Ordered on about September 21st/26 i bought this jack this to carry in my Truck & had high hopes that it would work as advertised. Received it in good time & Everything looked Good & on Oct 11th 26 I had occasion to put it to use on my Chrysler 300C to change a tire. The Jack preformed as advertised but with 2 problems, It leaked oil badly all over the cardboard I set it on to protect the jack from getting scratched up in case I had to return it for a replacement & the Flimsy plastic doors on it will not latch & stay closed so I tried calling customer service several times over the next week and all I get is a busy signal so I gave up Then I tried texting there ph.# & a few days later I got a reply that I needed to call customer service. A I can say is good luck with that! If customer service reads this & you're interested in contacting me My order # is 26081900981721499150 & I can be reached at the email on the order or by the phone # on the order if you will stand behind your warranty Fix the problem I have. I would like to have a good replacement, Jack.

I used three times, the floor jack get stuck half of the times on the way down I have to hit it with something in order to come down so I can take it out from under the vehicle, the impact wrench 😂😂😂 stoped working the third time I used so now I have a floor jack that it doesn't want to come down, and I has to spend an extra $190 on a impact wrench so I can do the job plus the hamer to hit the jack 😂😂😂 what a waste of money, I do recommend if not to get this unless you're not planning to use it more than ones or three times the most, and if you do buy it get the chipper one so you can get a hammer also

I am very disappointed with the way VEVOR has handled my return and refund request. I have already spent a significant amount of time communicating with your customer service, but instead of arranging the return and refund, the process keeps being delayed. This is my first time purchasing a product from VEVOR, and unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. The product does not work properly, and I simply want to return it and receive my refund. I do not understand why such a straightforward return request has taken so much time. Please stop delaying this matter and provide me with the return instructions and a full refund as soon as possible. I hope VEVOR can resolve this promptly instead of requiring me to spend more time following up on the same issue.

This jack is built good, heavy and seems to operate smoothly but Vevor uses questionable descriptions as too the lifting capacity. This jack is only rated for 4.2 tons, not 15 tons! Read carefully and don't be fooled! Do better Vevor!

Extremely bad business with vevor longtime to find that my purchase has been lost i don't understand vevor make profits when you vevor delay your delivered products ! !! ! On top of that you're asking me to rate my purchase 😒 😤 🙄
