I had high hopes and it was well put together as a kit with gloves even. I was so excited to finally use these, jack worked well but there was a sudden drop off a couple of inches in the very beginning. That was a bit dangerous and scary but after that initial "burp" it was fine. At the very start of using the impact to start to remove a luggnut something made a loud sound inside and the arm stopped turning. I hope to get a replacement.

The jack worked good the first time. The second time it went up and wouldn't go back down. If this is a fuse issue, the manual doesn't show if and where the fuse is. Another thing is that the the jack is too high for some cars with flats. I give it an overall 3 because of that fact. Now I have to find where the fuse is so I'll be about to use it.

The jack wouldn't lift my RX350 off the ground. I'm trying to return but no one will answer phone or respond. I really feel it's a solid product, I just needed the larger one

Loved the tool the 1st several times used. Since the jack does not retract the fully unless I put immense pressure on it. Also the torque wrench only works in one direction, loosen. It does not work to tighten any longer.

Der Wagenheber soll fünf Tonnen heben, bei 1,5 tonnen streikt er in dem Moment wo sich das Rad vom Boden abhebt. Er kreischt noch ein bischen und hört einfach auf zu heben.

Meine Erwartung wurde nicht erfüllt. Die ersten 2 Hebungen gut, aber wackelig ab. Bei der 3. jedoch klappte das Absenken nicht mehr vollständig. Der Stempel fuhr nicht komplett wieder ein, sondern das äußere Rohr verweigerte das Einfahren. Erst als ich mit einem 2. Wagenheber eine Entlastung geschaffen habe, fuhr es vollständig ein. Daher ist das Gerät nicht praxistauglich.
Schade ist auch, dass der Metallstempel ohne einen schonenden Gummipuffer geliefert wird. Eine nachträgliche Suche im WEB hatte keinen Erfolg für einen passgerechten Gummipuffer. Daher kann ich leider nicht eine Empfehlung für dieses Gerät aussprechen.

During shipping one of the compartment doors became detached, hinge broken off. Have not used it for its intended purpose, but if the compartment door is a indicator of quality we shall see soon
