The product arrive promptly and was in excellent condition. Product assembled easily and is functioning perfectly. Overall my comment about the product is that it is a little noisy due to its pin through hole method of assembly. That method does not allow tightening that would easy the rattling and noise..

Even with pilot starter holes it is tough drilling into concrete to stay in the precise spots needed. I installed two units and one I managed to get seven holes in the right spots and epoxied in smaller bolts in the last spot. The second unit I didn’t follow the instructions and instead put the posts in first and then I assembled the units. Both ways worked

I bought and installed 2 handrails. Packaging perfect - the best feature. Took me and my wife 40 minutes to assemble and 30 minutes to install each of the rails. Everything fitted pretty well. But... All headed pins with threaded holes were way too short. Design fault! Very easy to rectify while CNC machining. I have ordered black rubber and nylon washers from Temu to fix the problem of handrails rattling in heavy wind. 8 screws supplied supposedly for fixing to timber stairs looked rather flimsy, so I replaced them with strong roofing screws. Supplied washers (no idea of their purpose) were already rusting in the packaging. 3 weeks after installation, severe weather in Tasmania started corrosion to show. Lots of paint fixing awaits me in the future. Would I buy these handrails again? No, because of poor paint protection against corrosion. Though my wife loves the looks of them. I admit that they look smart.

The handrails look great, they come unassembled so you need to put them together the instructions are very poor so look for the video of how to install them. They seem sturdy but time will tell I didn't use the cement bit or fasteners that came with it I bought different cement bolts at the hardware, something more solid overall for about 130 bucks so far so good.

The stair rail is very nice & well priced. It's still a little wobbly so trying to decide how to keep it steady & strong. It was certainly delivered fast & had all the parts for my handyman to install.
