I couldn't find a matching rail system for the rest of m my deck on your website. I ended up hiring a contractor. I s hoping to do the entire thing myself.

Sadly arrived damaged. Badly scatched, will be returning

The rails are good, I ordered 2 but for both something was missing like some nuts, screws and washers, had to buy myself. And one was a little bit scratched, but overall quality is good..

Terrible instructions. Poorly sized fasteners. I almost returned it, but I needed a handrail asap accordingly to state and local law. I'll forge my own handrail next time.

Product came missing critical parts. Couldn’t assemble it. Had to send pictures of missing parts. Customer service reviewed the issue and decided to refund my money. Scrapped the remaining parts.

The product itself was fine, but it was packaged and transported so poorly that there was considerable to the finish that I have had to try to match with black paint. This should not happen!

I would definitely think twice before ordering these. I've ordered 2 separate sets of these from Home Depot and the way they are packed is completely ridiculous. I've sent 4 of these damaged packages back to them with no problem. I decided to get them straight from vevor this time but the same issue as the other 4. Damaged and not usable for my clients. I'm in the process of trying to return these but the person in customer service must be visual impaired because they tell me they are fine. Tell my client who's paying for them that the scratches are all in your head. I've never had such a bad experience with a company's customer service before. Looks like I won't be purchasing anything else from vevor anytime soon.

Parts were missing so I could not put it together, I asked if I could send it back but tjhey did not say I could get a refund.

What an unhappy experience! The package containing the railing arrived heavily damaged. I took pictures before I opened it because I expected the contents may have been damaged. They were. The two uprights both were dented and had paint missing in a few places. One scrape was almost 6cm long. There was a manufacturing defect in handrail itself which made it impossible to assemble the railing. I emailed and sent pictures to Vevor requesting replacement parts. I was told Vevor does not stock spare parts. I was offered a discount which gradually increased over a series of emails. I said I would return it for a refund. Vevor did not want the railing returned. Vevor refunded $98 of my $122 payment and I disposed of the railing locally. Not a pleasant experience
