Terrible customer service

Bought 2 of the exact same handrails. One was incorrect (missing holes to attach the crossbar) have repeatedly contacted customer service to get the right part including pictures to explain, I was sent 2 little plastic pieces…not even close to what was requested. Have been waiting for the return label to send it back; nothing been sent. So I have opened dispute with my CC.

achat d'une rampe

Bonjour j'ai bien reçu et installé la rampe, par contre les 8 attaches pour fixer au sol, est de très mauvaise qualités ( ça ne tiens pas au sol ) les boulons sont trop courts et s'enfonce tout seul, il a fallut que j'envoie mon amis en acheter 8 autres au magasin de bricolage prés de chez moi, ce qui m'a couté : 27 euros TTC. Voilà je tenais à vous le signaler

End caps of railings were cracked in shipping. Shipping seems to be an issue on all products. Items need to be packed better.

I can't leave a review as we didn't receive all the parts! At first we noticed the box was torn off at delivery and rail was broken and contacted Vevor Support which was an experience in itself!! Finally after speaking with numerous people they sent a refund. After that we opened the box to find no directions, no nuts or bolts and one support leg missing!! Overall it was not a pleasant experience 😕
