Input is for 240 non split phase ie 2 120 legs like it is in Canada or the USA and there is no 120 output making this unit a heavy expensive paper weight here in Canada I don't know why this is being marketed on Canada or the USA and being sold .... Box was extremely damaged when it arrived 2 days late as it was out for delivery for 2 days?

Expérience très décevante. Non seulement le produit ne correspond pas aux caractéristiques annoncées, mais la gestion du problème par VEVOR a également manqué de professionnalisme. J’ai dû fournir photos et vidéos pour prouver l’évidence, et malgré cela, la communication est restée lente et peu claire. Pour un équipement technique de ce niveau, j’attendais sérieux, transparence et respect du client. À ce stade, je ne peux considérer ni le produit ni le service comme fiables.

Bonjour, Compact, plutôt joli, accessibilité aux branchements facile. il a marché super bien 48:00. Notice en anglais, incompréhension des réglages , surtout batteries lithium, pas de chargement ! Aujourd’hui il ne s’allume même plus, solaire ou réseau. Plus d’électricité chez moi. Ai-je fais une erreur ? Y a t’il un fusible qui a sauté ???? Je passe de l’enthousiasme à la frustration.

This inverter is garbage as it's for 240 v purposes. I would've never bought this unit if I had known it couldn't do 110V. Oh well, better luck next time!

Wechselrichter funktioniert nicht, ist offensichtlich Schrott. Kundenservice versucht sich zu drücken. Kann man nur vor warnen.

bought a new 6000w vevor inverter, doesnt work from day one. it has falut codes 03 and 08 as soon as the inverter is powered on. I have 52.7 volts from my battery bank... I want to say the products are good but im unsure about the customer support. its been a week for the "support team" to contact me and now they are blowing me off... I dont know what to say im just disappointed. I work my butt off for the money i spent on the inverter and feels like i got robbed and they could give a shit about it.

This is my opinion for now. The inverter isn't working for some reason. The technician came to my house to try and figure it out, but he couldn't either. He took the inverter to examine it on the workbench.

You should not sell this in America..... I need a 220 split phase unit, not a European 220 single phase..... Now you won't let me return the unit..... lost $315.00 on that "deal"....
