It has a really good price which comes with some drawbacks and I thought the only drawback are the only mentioned in product description but it turns out, it isn't. -It has a relatively huge no load consumption, despite the 35 W mentioned on the website, it's 61-62 W when the inverter is turned on, if You turn on the power output and it turns on automatically because of the solar input, it's around 52W which is 37.5 kW per month, if you let turned on the output it's 44.6 kW per month which in some cases more than the winter months production. -The voltage measurements are quite accurate but this isn't true for the current measurements and there is no option to do some calibration unfortunately. -The data forwarded to the servers/application are in some case quite confusing since I made continuous measurements with calibrated clamp meter and in some cases I find out that some part of the datas are forwarded in different time, thus it's confusing when the solar production is about the same as the charging power (like there would be no loss), and in some cases it's more than doube (like there will be less than 50% efficiency) -Unfortunately due to high base consumption, at smaller amp production (due to novermber, december) the mean efficiency calculated by exact measurements was 53%, with over 500W production, it reaches 82% which is far away from the claimed 94 % efficiency. As I will have more sunshine and bigger solar production, I will update this review with exact datas, I hope it will come closer to the claimed one. -As some positive, it looks good, it works and it can give the power noted in the specifications. It would been nice to have some software updates which would allow amp measurement calibration, reduction of the baseline consumption for example by reducing the speed or turning off the fans since in 10 degree when there is only 1-2 hundreds of watt production I don't think that it needs to go continuously and also some consumption reduction programs for example during the night, if there is no load on the output and no solar production, it's not efficient that all of the MPPT and outputs are turned on consuming 62 W or some other automations that would reduce the base consumption.

Product arrived on time quality packaging seems to be quality device how ever they do not specify that these are 220 230v single phase they will not work with our split phase systems in the USA even with a step down converter power plulses and spikes burnt up dvd player fan and some led lights

Il manuale dice di usare un cavo rj45 per il protocollo bms ma non è incluso. Ho adattato uno dei miei cavi seguendo i pin del manuale ma non riesce a leggere le batterie che ho già installate e pertanto l inverter per me non è utilizzabile. Ho chiesto il reso anche perché assistenza non è facile riceverla. Spenderò una cosa in più e tornerò al vecchio marchio.

Ease of use, and the price but it randomly trips off with alarm #13, when transitioning from grid to solar power. We replaced it with 3 .5 kw unit, and no more problem. Emailed customer service did not get any support nor trouble shooting help

Ja fiz um pedido de esclarecimento pois a saida do inversor estou a ter valores de 328v quando deveria ter no maximo 230 pois é a programação de fábrica. Fiz um vídeo e enviei para o apoio ao consumidor da vevor. Aguardo resposta.

The inverter broke on the first try. I started loading and the 1.8kw inverter worked but when I loaded 2.2kw the inverter went completely silent and no longer worked. Customer service is really bad, they always say "we will respond within 48 hours" and don't really respond. I don't recommend this inverter and the vevor to anyone
