Ja fiz um pedido de esclarecimento pois a saida do inversor estou a ter valores de 328v quando deveria ter no maximo 230 pois é a programação de fábrica. Fiz um vídeo e enviei para o apoio ao consumidor da vevor. Aguardo resposta.

The inverter broke on the first try. I started loading and the 1.8kw inverter worked but when I loaded 2.2kw the inverter went completely silent and no longer worked. Customer service is really bad, they always say "we will respond within 48 hours" and don't really respond. I don't recommend this inverter and the vevor to anyone

Purchased a Vevor hybrid inverter and cannot change 50 Hz → 60 Hz or 230 V → 240 V, even though the manual/listing says you can. Chat promised a response in 1–2 days—nothing yet. It appears to be wrong/locked firmware, making the unit unusable in the U.S. as of Oct 28, 2025. Seeking firmware fix, replacement, or refund

Ho sostituito il 24v. che non mi aveva dato nessun fastidio con il 48v. 6000w. non riesco a far dialogare con l'app.Ho dedicato 48 ore per il riconoscimento dell'inverter ma,tempo sprecato.

- Price: Great! - Quality: No clue. Unable to use as expected. - Features: No clue. You don't have any of the functionality as an end user. You have to be a commercial provider to have access to the monitoring app. - Easy to Use: No Clue. Without access to the monitoring features, it's not really usable for the home owner. I only use it to charge the battery from the utility at home for use with another Inverter (different brand) at the farm RV that allows me to access the app.

They're selling eu 230v garbage in the states. Run away run away run away.

This is not a legal product for the United States. Do not buy this product inside America. It is not legal for them to sell this or for you to hook it up to US power Systems.

Input is for 240 non split phase ie 2 120 legs like it is in Canada or the USA and there is no 120 output making this unit a heavy expensive paper weight here in Canada I don't know why this is being marketed on Canada or the USA and being sold .... Box was extremely damaged when it arrived 2 days late as it was out for delivery for 2 days?
