After only a year it died. VEVOR didn’t help very much so I through it away and told them I’m done. Then after it was already at the dump they offered to return it. Very disappointed in the service and product. Also it went down over $100 after I bought it. Garbage company with garbage tools. Good luck if you buy this.

I've had this inverter for just under a year and it is now completely failed. When I initially used it, and let's be clear I've used it probably on four trips, it seemed to do okay until my battery would drop below 85%. I have a 580 amp hour battery and there should be no reason why the voltage fluctuation at 85% should trigger any kind of issues with the inverter. My wiring solid I get perfect voltage readings at all of the wiring points and then when I try to run everything - it goes haywire. It trips the battery setup and I constantly have to reset it. the alarm drives me nuts. I only gave three stars in a certain places because I guess it's somewhat worth the price if it worked but it's not so I don't know what to read it and the features seem okay but they don't work. So I put in a ticket to have this address and be where his only responded with the boiler plate will get back to you in 48 hours and nothing more. So I guess I have a very expensive door stop now.

This brand new 2500 watt unit had a little issue with the remote switch. That even with the main switch off the unit would not turn off with the remote. So I created a ticket well over a week ago. Since I am pretty good at electrical I figured it out the issue with the cord itself from unit to remote. I keep updating my ticket but no one from the help team will reply. All I keep getting is a reply to my ticket to be closed and nothing else over and over. All I need is a new 1$ cord sent out . Cust service is not responding. I would buy some where else due to this. Not a happy customer with this purchase even though the product looks good.

My Vevor Pure Sine Wave Inverter 5000 Watt for $471.20 never arrived even though the tracking information sent by Vevor said it did. I want my money back. I will not use this company for any future purchases.

Never received item. Only got 2 shipping updates both the same. Never received item. Never received the item.

I thought that I was buying a quality inverter. I had it stored safely until needed. After I started using the inverter, it didn't last a year! It's a 3,500w pure sine wave inverter that won't carry 600w at night being powered by 4/ 100Ah lithium ion batteries. Now I'm going to lose a lot of food because of this piece of crap!

I ordered the 2500 watt inverter which said it had a remote control- which it doesn’t. It is a corded controller. I spoke to Vevor and said I want to cancel my order and purchase the inverter (2000 watt) that does have a remote controller. They said we will accept your return. After hours on their support chat, I now am being stonewalled for the return. Great, now I own two inverters from this pathetic company. Run from this company !

DID NOT EVER RECIVE THE UNIT TO TRY. HAD TO REQUEST MY MONEY BACK FINNALLY AFTER WAITING ALONG TIME KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND BY THE COMPANY.
