We have been waiting for a response as how to send this one back and get another one! but haven't heard anything! it's the 26052300960922003364 vevorPure sine Wave Inverter 3500 watt power inverter with usb port Lcd Display Remote Controllerand AC outlets for RV Truck & Car solar system, when it is hooked to 12 volt system it reads input 31.2 volts and alarm is going off. Inverter buono però essendo un 24v potrebbe esserci un sistema al interno a 12v che in caso di bassa tensione comunque lui dice i valori generali del sistema

Kann nicht nachvollziehen warum 2×Plus und 2×Minus an dem Gerät sind. Trotz bitte und Bilder bat ich darum mir mitzuteilen ob man beide plus pole wie auch beide minus pole miteinander verbinden kann und dann normal den 1×Plus und 1×minus pol an einen der beiden dran machen kann ohne das es dann 24volt werden. Somal die geschickte bild zeigt das separat also jeder plus wie minus pol an der gleichen Batterie angeschlossen werden soll! Sonst scheint das Gerät durchaus ein Power Paket zu sein. Hoffe es hält lange.

Ce produit m’a beaucoup déçu, les soi disant sécurité « fusibles livrées avec l'appareil » sont en très bonne santé malgré que l’appareil a cramé et a endommagé ma lessiveuse. J’ai recommandé un autre onduleur, j’espère avoir plus de chance !

Inverter worked fine however the remote that came with it didn't work.

The front outlets suck and do not make good contact with plug. I originally thought they did not work at all. I wrote Vevor telling them the plugs did not work, but they insisted on a pic of the problem. When I went to take a pic with a multi meter in the outlet I was surprised to see there was voltage. I then plugged in a battery charger and had to wiggle it until the prongs made contact as it arced and popped. Ultimately I hard wired it to my system and use my own outlets and it works fine, otherwise its a fire hazard.

The 110 Volt plugs are useless for any mobile application, as they are very loose. The sockets almost fall off by itself. All of them. Then the remote shows very different values than the in built display which is correct. For the price, it is a good purchase so far but you have to hard wire a quality extension cord. I like that the fan does not start for my RV application when most of times the power draw is not nder 300w. Dead quiet.

Wired remote does not work. Unit itself looks good and functions as expected. This is my 5th purchase from VEVOR. They need to improve quality control. This is the 3rd unit that is defective. Customer service is not easy but I am used to email communication and haggling!!!

Think I was sold a remaufactured unit . Arrived in a plain cardboard box and wasn't packaged very good . The remote was damaged and now I am waiting for a new part frome china. Could be weeks before I can compleat install

Bought this inverter for my first response truck had it mounted and it does not work has power but nothing coming out to my battery chargers for 20 volt tools.
