very quick delivery as always when buying from Vevor , I immediate started to use the product , 3 days Later stopped working, I called service man, he changed the fuse, remote controller was missing as described in Photo , they say they will send me I still don't have , the machine sometimes makes noise sometimes works fine , and the digital screen does not work as should . I do not recommend it,so much time has passed , they did not yet solve my problem with this faulty machine or the missing part . they only send me non stop email telling me they are working on it

Not happy with the manual they supply on the website. It is not for this unit. The model numbers do not match and Vevor is washing their hands of this. I uploaded the correct one to them. Their answer was. Regarding the manual you requested, please note that we do not provide a separate manual for every individual model. If it blows up it will be their fault because they didn't supply the correct manual. Edit: This whole thing was for people who bought this, so they wouldn't blow it up if they did something wrong. I mean you buy a honda you expect a honda manual not a hyundai. Look around for the proper manual. I did find it.

These inverters are not 60 Hertz, clocks and timers run fast, I have three of them and all are 61-63 hertz.

leider bringt der Wechselrichter nur 4000w statt der 5000w Steigt bei der kleinsten überlast 4050w aus, und muss neu gestartet werden. Leistungsanzeige zeigt prinzipiell 30% mehr an als bezogen wird!!

we love your inverters however your choice of delivery company SUCKS! We are a business and they left the inverter outside on a Sunday when we were having extreme storms. Hope it works

Where do I begin? i bought it online, it was shipped but no emails alerting me to the shipment. It was 7 days in the shipping warehouse waiting to be claimed but I didn't receive a phone call as the phone number on the shipping was inputted wrong by the sender. It was by chance while picking up a different package that the Inverter was delivered to me. I had it professionally installed at $170 per hour to have it FAIL! Luckily I bought an extended warranty on the Inverter (learned that from a past experience) Well dealing with the warranty department is quite the treat ...NOT i have received barely any communication from them except that the 'ticket' has been registered and a 'claim #' has been issued. When i attempt to engage their chatbot communication device i don't get anywhere except for them to acknowledge that my complaint has been lodged ...even after i tell them i have already lodged a complaint and received a tracing number.... to which i supplied this info when they asked for it, they again told me they would open up a 'ticket' ... then crickets. Don't put yourself in the position of probable disappointment (like I experienced on a different one of their products, hence the warranty purchase) This has put a MASSIVE damper on my fall vacation traveling in my campervan. To the point where i may have to cancel, postpone or buy a portable inverter from a more reputable company like Jackery.

Customer service is non-existent with this company. It's impossible to try to get a hold of a live person or to resolve a return. Customer service has gone straight out the window.
