Hallo. Ich bin mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit den Schnittstellen, hat mich nach Anfragen an Vevor, das Team super unterstützt und ich konnte meine Probleme mit "Watchpower" lösen. Das WLAN Modul ist nicht zu gebrauchen, da bei der Inbetriebnahme über das Handy ein Passwort mit Chinesischen Schriftzeichen gefordert wird. (Ich kann leider kein Chinesisch und mein Handy auch nicht). Sinnvoll wäre ein LAN-Anschluss, dann wäre das Gerät perfekt. Ich habe drei 3000KVA Geräte und das 4000er. Alles in Allem gute Geräte und die 3000er laufen schon eine ganze Weile. (Jagthütte, Notstromversorgung Heizung und USV für IT). Mfg Arriba

El inversor que he comprado no funciona bien y estoy intentando devolverlo y tengo muchas dificultades de que me presten atención y esto está creando una inmensa desconfianza en la marca Vevor. Tengo la sensación de que me están engañando,

Inverter is great 👍 replaced our older Vevor inverter and find it much more better. Like the wifi function with app. Product itself is 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ However the delivery with UPS Ireland was an absolute disaster as usual. We had to contact Vevor customer service multiple times and open a few refund requests until these “courier “ clowns 🤡 decided to actually deliver the package. We have been a Vevor customers for over 5 years. Had all products delivered by an Post Ireland always on time without any issues or problems. However this change last few months with Irish courier companies it’s disgraceful. We had to open a dispute with Revolut also multiple times as we were not getting our parcels delivered. Would happily pay extra for postage if Vevor could add a delivery option with an Post and we could choose to use an Post only. What a shame! Would like the Vevor Team check reviews of these “couriers” on Trustpilot before they are using their services in Ireland in the future to see what they can expect. We already learned hard way with them. Recommend to all Vevor customers in Ireland: Make sure you are paying for your orders with Paypal or Revolut especially if you are living in Irish countryside. “Courier” won’t bother to show up if you more than 5 miles from the town. You will have to open a dispute with Paypal or Revolut immediately after your parcel is not delivered by estimate delivery date. Don’t wait on fake delivery promises next day not going to happen. Only after you open the dispute with Revolut or Paypal things start to get moving. It’s always 50/50. Sometimes you get a refund straight away sometimes you get your parcel after few days. However you get nothing if you don’t open the dispute immediately with Revolut or Paypal. Believe me I have tried a lot. Good luck 🤞 if you live in Ireland and your parcel is coming with any other than an Post.

Matériel livré défectueux onduleur solaire 4 kg en cas d'erreur 01 pour panne de ventilateur j'essaie de joindre depuis plus d'une semaine je n'ai que des blabla aucune réaction au service technique je me retrouve avec un onduleur en panne et l'obligation de payer mon électricité alors que j'ai acheté chez toi pour faire des économies donc zéro niveau communication que du blabla on va s'occuper de vous il y a pas de problème c'est la priorité et en fait aucune nouvelle le SAV aucune réponse à porter

I purchased this invertor but never worked right. Vevor has no technical support or any kind of support, so you are your own after purchase. They don't respond nor they care to reply promptly. It was a concrete wall. I would never buy anything from people who don't care for their customers. I can never suggest anyone to buy anything from Vevor.

I did not get the inverter that I ordered!! I have a ticket #1782843758104 that has not been resolved.
