Haven't used it a whole lot just yet, but first time impression is very positive. It is a little heavy and difficult to clean, but other than that all good. The easy stuffing cut my processing time a whole lot. Very satisfied with the purchase so far.

Great construction, sound and solid build very stable on the bench given its height. Simple to use, the venting system is a great feature as you get no bubbles in your sausages so no torn skins. Just apply some olive oil to the sealing ring every time you fill it up and it will be joy to use, really does make the job go quickly. Comes with one spare seal in the box but I see that you can buy more as it's a common size.When done being stainless steel it's super easy to clean

L'appareil est lourd (15 kgs?) et volumineux, mais stable à l'usage une fois chargé et c'est un point important. Les deux vitesses (2 engrenages indépendants) sont utiles notamment pour le démontage. Cet embosseur fait le job, une fois le fonctionnement assimilé et le coup de main pris, ça devient rapide, le plus embêtant étant de bien enfiler tout le boyau sur les tubes d'ailleurs heureusement long de ce point de vue ce qui évite trop d'interruptions, il est ainsi facile d'enchainer les mètres de saucisse. Le point noir reste le nettoyage, pas tant du cylindre principal, lourd, mais qui une fois démonté (c'est simple) se nettoie assez facilement à l'intérieur et passe au lave-vaisselle. Mais les embouts d'embossage ... c'est une autre histoire. Il faut envisager des tubes pleins de bon diamètre + écouvillon mais même comme ça le gras accroche et le lave vaisselle ne résout pas tout. Ce modèle reste quand-même un bon rapport qualité prix efficacité pour qui veut passer à du mi-lourd et n'a pas peur d'un peu de muscu au nettoyage. J'ai des doutes sur les 5L, je dirais plutôt 4 en 1 remplissage sans compresser et ré ouvrir. Le joint supérieur n'est pas complètement étanche et il y'a de la perte en fin de cylindre (2-300 g à passer en chair à saucisse) du fait d'un fond non plat. Mais ça va, ça reste acceptable dans cette gamme de prix/simplicité/solidité. Il ne sera pas facile à casser!

Works so much better than my kitchenaid for my cured sausages and soppressata. Keeps the ground meat intact without risk of smearing. Pretty easy to use with the exception of the annoying handle that comes off too easily. In all fairness, maybe there’s a solve to that that I haven’t taken the time to research. It also came lightening fast (3 days earlier than expected) I would definitely recommend if you’re into sausage making.
