The lower seal on the sausage stuffer was installed incorrectly and this causes juice to drip everywhere creating quite the mess. Also, because of the gap, meat gets stuck in the bottom making the stuffer impossible to clean. I reached out to customer service on 06/05 and just heard back, they offered a $18 refund… Extremely disappointed and frustrated right now

Quality of this sausage stuffer is fine considering the price. 1st problem i'm having with it is that cranking lever is held by the pin that keeps falling off. 2nd problem is that plastic tube has the screw in mounting mechanisam and when puting casing on it it tends to fall of. Other thing i don't like is squeeking when rotating a crank mechanism. I did however manage to make my own sausages and it will be good enough to make few batches over the year.

Works great wish it came with a smaller funnel. To big for venison sticks cannot find spare funnels

This stuffer worked fine and was easy to use for the larger casing and sheep casing The smallest stuffing tube was too large for 21mm collagen casing to fit. The stuffing tubes twist in so you can not buy alternative stuffing tubes for it. Had to borrow a different stuffer to stuff these casings.

Great stuffer, but needs a better venting system & a better way to clean properly

Globalement, c’est pas si mal. Par contre, les buses de remplissages de plastiques ne sont pas adéquates. Le boyau colle sur le plastique ce qui rend le tout beaucoup moins agréable et facile ! Service à la clientèle peu satisfaisant également.

Bonjour. J'ai dû aller chercher ma commande dans un relais alors qu'un livreur devait me livrer entre 10h et 13h. De plus j'ai un soucis. Une des deux vis était dans le bol et il me manque la rondelle. Alors l'ensemble passe à travers. C'est sûrement le cas depuis l'assemblage. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci d'avance
