We have been stuffing sausage by hand for a number of years now and I cannot tell you what a difference this machine makes. The time saved alone is worth the price. I recommend this product if you are a big game hunter that processes your own meat. I made sausage and snack sticks this year, and everything was phenomenal.

Used the sausage stuffer for the first time this past weekend. It was easy to use and easy to set up. Made a batch of hotdogs and had no problem filling the cellulose casings. Breakdown for cleaning was very straightforward and easy to do. The only thing that might have been helpful to know was to use some form of cooking spray or light coating of olive oil on the inside of the container so that the plunger would slide more easily. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the the quality of the sausage stuffer.

Great compact stuffer! Works as expected, but need a wetter mix as it can get hard to push since compared to bigger stuffer.
All in all quite satifised with the unit, does what it should and construction seem solid.

This stuffer is great compared to using my meat grinder for a stuffer. To reload you must crank it all the way up and remove the canister to reload. No problem, just not a swing away.
There is no keeper screw on the handle so it falls off fairly easily if you are not careful.
The smallest tube is just small enough to load pepperoni stick casings.
