Didn't work right out of the box! Plunger will go up, but now down! Shouldn't these things be quality checked before getting shipped out??? Now that the push rod is stuck all the way up we get to disassemble it enough to get the push rod down to ship it back. While it seems well built as it's extremely heavy, we really won't know because IT DOESN'T WORK! Thank God it's still in warranty. Cause once anything from Vevor is out of warranty you can't by parts for it or get any help with it! So if you order something, make sure you're going to use it right away repeatedly to make sure there isn't any issues. This is the second stuffer that we purchased. The first one needs a simple magnet to control the variable speed option, and the magnet in the motor broke when the push plate that comes with the equipment broke during use, causing a sudden jar. Which was apparently enough to break the magnet. The plate was defective and we were able to get one of those as I got ahold of them on that before the warranty was up, but didn't receive the plate until after the warranty was out so we never found out about the variable speed magnet being broke until after the warranty was up. And they have absolutely no.options for getting a new magnet. But if it were under warranty they would have no problem shipping one out for free. So in short, if it's out of warranty they basically tell you to piss off, it's not their problem! Worst company ever! Never buying from Vevor again.

Don’t buy from these people they lie about the product and won’t let you return it and if they get bad reviews they remove them and only keep the good ones look up videos on utube

Support ticket ID: 1766784316773 - still no resolution Was supposed to be Christmas gift for my husband. The box it arrived in (FedEx) was mangled. My son wrapped it the day it was delivered so my husband didn’t see, so I did not see for myself just how bad the box was until Christmas morning. Later that day, we set it up and turned it on to test it out. (It ships with the plunger in the down position.) The plunger went up, but WILL NOT go back down. I submitted a support ticket to request a replacement or refund, and still no resolution 2 weeks later. Just some troubleshooting suggestions. I am still out $350 with a broken unit. Save yourself the trouble.

The product was shown in a search for a 260watt sausage maker. Seconds after ordering I realized it was a 200watt model. Tried to cancel order, request refused. Told to refuse delivery to get free rtn. Delivered to the door step, not home to refuse delivery. Now vevor says rtn is on me , $85. Yet I bought the 260watt vevor one I wanted. Now I have two, one not opened. POOR customer service.
