In spite of having some issues with my first one this seems to be working smoothly. So far so good. I would like to see it empty out the meat a bit more than it does a fair bit gets left behind

Je recommande ce produit ! Utilisation facile , avec un réglage du débit de pousse très pratique ! Facile à monter , facile à nettoyer ! Gros plus ++++ pour le SAV . Lors d'une utilisation une pièce a été endommagé , le service client a été très reactif : proposition de remboursement ou livraison d'un nouveau produit alors que la garantie d'un an venait d'etre passée . This thing is amazing. It works flawlessly. Doesn’t have the auto back up to ease the pressure when releasing the foot pedal but that is so minor when you take into account for the amazing price compared to other stuffers.

This stuffer has some great features: - It's quiet. Very quiet - Large capacity - Food Pedal I upgraded from a 10 lb electric stuffer with an auger to this. The auger style stuffers seem to smear the meat and fat more than a pressure stuffer. Sausages come out amazing when there's no moving parts. Easy to set up, comes with an extra gasket and other spare parts. I bought food grease and greased up the gears and gasket. I spray the inside of the cauldron with pam to make sure the meat slides with little friction. This unit is HEAVY. Seriously, steel or wood tables only. This thing started bending a durable plastic/aluminum banquet table after just one day. The speed on this thing is crazy. I was pretty comfortable with my old stuffer at speed 6 or 7. This thing I run at speed ONE. Anything higher than that pushes the meat out crazy fast and blows open the casings. I suppose each unit may have differing degrees of torque, but I'm fine working with just speed 1. I cranked out 25 lbs of sausage, about 45 links in an hour solo. Great product, great price.
