Peter Nice lump of iron for the price
10 kg Nero
It is what it is - a big heavy lump of cast iron with a couple of holes and the top machined flat. I don't do blacksmithing, but I use it to cold form metal - lay it on there and hit it with a hammer.
Please take it straight down the shed - if you leave it in the hallway a cat might run under your feet causing you to slip/kick it and break a bone in your foot. Ask me how I know.

Great anvil for the price. I purchased this anvil to use as a demonstration anvil at shows. It works wonderfully and has a nice hard surface with good rebound. Perfect anvil for someone just getting started.

Great service and fast delivery. Just what I was looking for and great price.
I compare pricing to a few local shops and they were all at least $40 more.
The weight and design of the anvil are perfect.
